Planning a Christmas party with an AI photo booth

The Christmas party is the moment of the year to get together with your colleagues. An AI photo booth gives them a moment to laugh together and a print to take home. This is how you plan it.

1. Request a quote in time

December is busy. Planning a Christmas party in December? Request a quote in time and we will check availability right away. We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible too: feel free to get in touch.

2. Choose a Christmas style

Choose a Christmas style that suits you, or let us create your own Christmas theme with your logo and colours. Examples are a winter painting from the Golden Age, a vintage Christmas card or canals in the snow. Every style can carry your logo below the print.

3. How it works during the party

1. Guests step into the booth, alone or with colleagues, and take a selfie.
2. On the screen they choose a scene with a Christmas feel.
3. In about 20 seconds the AI turns it into a photo in the chosen style, with your logo on it.
4. The print comes straight out of the booth. With the QR code the photo is on their phone too.

During the booked hours colleagues can use the booth as often as they like. Every session produces a print and a digital copy, at no extra cost.

4. Check what the venue needs

Make sure there is a calm background without people walking behind it, at least one EU power socket and a stable internet connection (at least 300 kbps). The booth works as self-service; a host who welcomes and helps guests can be booked as an extra option.

Essential starts from €950 excl. VAT for 4 hours, with AI styles in a Christmas mood and your brand style, sharing via QR code and unlimited printing. Personalised, with AI styles tailored to your own Christmas theme, starts from €1,150 excl. VAT. Each extra hour is €100.
