How much does it cost to hire an AI Photobooth?
Essential starts from €950 excl. VAT for 4 hours, Personalised from €1,150 excl. VAT. Each extra hour costs €100. We tailor activations with your own AI styles, lead capture or multiple days.
How quickly is the photo ready?
In about 20 seconds. Guests scan the QR code on the screen and have the photo on their phone right away, and the print comes out of the booth.
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the screen and open their photo in their phone's browser.
Can the AI styles match our brand?
Yes. We develop the AI styles together with your brand, for solo portraits and group photos.
What do we need to arrange at the venue?
We deliver, set up, host and collect. At the venue, we need a calm background without people walking behind it, at least one EU power socket and a stable internet connection (at least 300 kbps).
Can we collect guests' contact details?
Yes. Guests enter their email address to receive their AI photo. After the event, you receive those contacts so you can follow them up yourself.
What do we get after the event?
Insights into how the booth was used, such as how many guests took part and how many photos were printed and shared, plus the complete gallery to download.
Can the booth itself carry our branding?
Yes. With a booth wrap, we put your theme or brand style on the booth, so it's instantly recognisable at the event.
Which regions do you cover?
All of the Netherlands, as well as Belgium and Germany.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance, especially in busy periods. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible too: feel free to get in touch.
